Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pocket Rolls mobile application (the "App") operated by Clever Corp LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the App or any portion of it.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulate, falsify, or tamper with leaderboard scores or other game data
• Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable "continue tokens" and a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

• Consumable tokens — Continue tokens are consumed upon use and are non-refundable once used. Unused tokens may be refunded within the applicable store's refund window.
• Remove Ads — The Remove Ads purchase is permanent for your account and is non-refundable after the store's refund window.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust the pricing of in-app purchases at any time with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, sounds, music, and software — are owned by Clever Corp LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

User Accounts

You may optionally sign in with a Google account to sync your progress and appear on the global leaderboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEVER CORP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
